Although it is hard to distinguish cellulite from normal fat, the two are not the same as fat provides protection to the organs and insulates the body while cellulite has no use. Nevertheless, if fats are found in places like the belly, it is always best to lose it, regardless of its nature. That is to say, cellulite or fats, who cares? A Big belly will always be big no matter its composition, and believe me, unless you’re expecting a baby, chances are you’d like to lose the belly fat.
What You can Do to Burn Belly Fat
Regular exercise is a great way to burn excessive fat in the body, detoxify the skin, and improve blood circulation. On top of anything else, exercise also makes you feel good inside and out! I would personally recommend pilates and as much as possible, focus on core workouts, or exercises which focus on the abdomen more than anywhere else in the body. After all, you are trying to burn belly fat, right?
If you hate doing the same thing over and over again, you can opt to vary your workout by doing squat exercises, back row exercises, bicep curls, tricep overhead extension and treadmill exercises. Aerobic exercises also help to speed your metabolism and therefore make you lose the fats around your belly.
Remember: After doing your exercise routine, you should also do some light exercises to help your body cool down after an exhaustive workout. This prevents dizziness and allows your heart rate to go back to its normal rate. One more thing to keep in mind is that any kind of exercise would be more effective if it’s coupled with a healthy diet, a clean lifestyle and the right attitude! So go out there and get going!
Perception is Everything: Think “Burn Belly Fat”
If the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Admit it, engaging in an exercise is never an easy task, however, with the proper mindset, you can do it! Think “burn belly fat! burn belly fat! burn belly fat!”. Turn it into a chant if needed. All you have to do is look at the big picture. Trust me, it will all be worth it in the end.
