Diet versus Exercise
You don’t want to be constantly switching around from one diet to another, because that never works for anybody, and for good reason. Your body gets used to one type of diet, and then suddenly you switch it around and go to another diet. If your body can complain then I think the first thing that it would say is “Can’t you make up your mind already?”. The solution: stick to a basic diet plan that is good for you, and not because all your friends are taking it. Below is a list that are so simple yet so effective:
Fat Belly Exercise #1: The Butterfly
This is one of the best exercises, in addition to your belly fat diet. The butterfly, a core workout that very easy to perform. You just start in the same position that you would for a regular crunch, but you want to spread your knees apart instead of keeping them together. Remember to flex your abs as you pull your body up. Proper breathing technique also helps, that is to say, exhale on the way up as you crunch and flex your belly, then inhale on the way down.
Fat Belly Exercise #2: The Bicycle
Now this is the exercise you wouldn’t want to miss, again, with the help of the belly fat diet, of course. For this exercise you simply lie in a supine position floor(having an exercise mat helps) . Think of an invisible bicycle… now lace your fingers behind your head, then bring the knees in towards the chest and lift your shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on your neck. A good tip to keep you from pulling on your neck is to make a conscious effort to keep your arms perpendicular to your head.
Now you want to straighten out the left leg while at the same time making sure that you are turning your upper body towards the right, and bring your left elbow towards your right knee. Now you switch sides and repeat. Now you’re riding a bicycle!
Fat Belly Exercise #3: Exercise Ball Crunch
For this exercise you will have to make sure that you have a relatively large exercise ball. Then you just lie back on the ball and do a crunch as you would normally, only you have to balance on the ball at the same time.
A belly fat diet, as mentioned above, is needed, to be accompanied with these exercises. The best advice you have to take is to stick to one diet, then do the three fat belly exercises listed above.
